Each Dyson V8 model shares the same vacuum motor, assembly and battery. The V8 Animal is geared towards houses with pets, and ships with the powered Motorhead as it's main, full-size cleaning head. There are several accessories (see below), but of all of them, pet owners will be most interested in the Mini Motorized Tool. It's great for getting pet hair off furniture and other surfaces it gets stuck too.
